Troubleshooting No Internet
If you do not have an internet connection look for the Globe in the lower right corner of the Task Bar. Next click on the Globe and then click the small arrow next to "WiFi". Select "Wireless_S" and click connect and wait for the "Connected" status to appear.
If you do not have an internet connection the most common solution is to unplug the Dock connection cable from you Laptop, and replug it in. After a few seconds your connection should be restored.
If the first solution does not work the next thing to try is to power cycle your dock. you can do this by unplugging the power cable that feeds in the back of the dock. Waiting for 5 seconds and then reconnecting the power cable.
